The position with involve:

Reception duties including answering enquiries on the telephone, in writing and in person.
Administration duties – diary updates, admissions, producing class lists, obtaining consent for media/website, registering IT issues with external provider, arranging appointments with school photographer, school nurse, assisting the PTA, organising music lessons for the pupils, producing the weekly children’s milk lists and general office duties such as photocopying, filing and distributing mail. There is also an opportunity to become Clerk to the Governors, training will be provided. This role will come with an additional salary to the Administrator / Reception position.

You must:
Have a professional and friendly manner as first point of contact for the school.

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Be flexible and able to work on their own or as part of a team.

Have excellent ICT skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and use of email and the internet.

Have excellent time management skills, be able to multi task and solve problems using their own initiative.

Qualifications in English or Maths or an NVQ Level 3 are desirable or equivalent experience.
