•Administration of recruitment and other personnel procedures, keep sick absence records and SIMS up to date with contract details. This includes requesting references, inputting overtime claims, and inputting contract letters on to SIMS, raising staff insurance claims and chasing payment.

•The administration of DBS information, checking identification and documents, completing checks online and keeping the Single Central Record up to date.

•Complete and submit complex forms, returns etc., including those to outside agencies e.g. DfES, DBS checks, sick absence. Prepare a staff absence report for governors meetings which includes graphs showing a three year comparison.

•Arrange cover for lunchtime supervisors, keep diary of hours worked and complete overtime claims on a monthly basis. Liaise with kitchen as required.

•Keep record of free school meals and pupil premium children and update as required, liaise with free school meals at county. Update classes and the kitchen of movement. Issue uniform vouchers.

•Manage uniform shop within the school including the management of stock within an agreed budget, cataloguing resources and undertaking audits as required. Arrange uniform for new intake/parents evenings, arrange orders for new term.

•Website – the ability to keep the website up to date with information. Email newsletter to parents each week.

•Update school inventory annually

•School Photographs – liaise with company prior to the photographs being taken to obtain a licence and bar codes. Prepare a timetable for the day and arrange the collection of proofs. Upload the photographs on to SIMS.
